 When I asked Adam Moody what made him decide to expand his business in a year that would have suggested he do otherwise, he simply answered, "I didn't want to wait on the economy." With his characteristic entrepreneurial enthusiasm, Adam opened another full service butcher shop in Zionsville and was chosen as the local supplier for meats at the Harvest Fresh Market in Carmel. Known for his high quality products, Adam says that despite the economic downturn in 2009, his business did well and believes that this trend will continue. How does he do it? A strong faith and a hardworking family are essential to him and his wife, Lucy. As they and their four children (the sixth generation to run the business) work to provide their customers with the "highest quality and freshest meat", I predict we'll be seeing even more growth from this energetic local food producer.
