Sycamore Farm's Indiana Chicken Tortilla Soup
Chef Kris Kraut, Sycamore Farm Bed & Breakfast Inn and ButtonWoods at the Farm, sent me a wonderful recipe last week for his Indiana Chicken Tortilla Soup. Chock full of veggies and plenty of Indiana chicken, it would be a crowd pleaser at your 2009 Indiana Local Food Soup Swap. I made it this weekend with our frozen sweet corn, homemade canned tomatoes, homemade chicken stock, and some oven-roasted local chicken breasts. It was fast, easy, and delicious.
